Holiday DanceFit

Get ready to move, groove and have fun together with Holiday DanceFit. This high-energy session is designed for children and their parent or guardian, combining upbeat music with simple choreography in a supportive and welcoming group environment.

DanceFit is all about making movement fun and accessible for everyone. No previous dance experience is required, and participants can move at their own pace while enjoying the energy of the class. These sessions provide a great opportunity for children to build coordination, confidence and fitness, while parents can join in and share the experience.

It’s a perfect way to break up the day, get active and enjoy quality time together during the school holidays. The inclusive and relaxed atmosphere ensures everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Age: 7 – 12 years (parent participation required)
